Outcome: To create a prediction analysis of drought beforehand in order to reduce the catastrophe after affection and to develop a transparent delivery system connecting victim directly to government.
Description: The Project is comprising of two phases a prediction phase and a delivery phase.The prediction phase will be relating to the prediction of the areas affected by drought in accordance to the different readings of the previous year.Then a detailed report about drought affected areas will be generated and forwarded to the undersigned authorities, where aid will be dispatched.Hence the reforms for the coming year can be made.The system will act as a link between the authorities and the victims affected. A central database maintained which will make entries of the aid allocated by the government.The delivery system will have the authentication unit which will directly give the acknowledgement to the government once the aid is delivered.For the authentication of the user a mobile hardware unit will be constructed which will cross validate the fingerprint of the victim to the Aadhar card database.Acknowledgement in central-database will be made at delivery.
