Robotic Arm using Arduino Workshop at Laxmi Institute of technology, Vapi

What is this course about?

In this course, you will build a Robotic Arm with 3 degrees of freedom which can be controlled by a smart phone using an Android App. The Robotic Arm that you build will be able to do the action of Pick and Place.

By building this project, you will practically learn about Arduino programming, working of the servo motors - which acts as actuators and bluetooth communication.

Course Outcomes

• Design and Build a Robotic Arm
• Learn about Servo Motors and Pulse Width Modulation
• Concepts of forward and inverse kinematics
• Hands-on experience on Arduino and its programming

• Lecture Session - 4 hrs
• Design Session - 1 hr
• Fabrication Session - 3 hrs
• Programming Session - 4 hrs
• Testing & Competition Session - 3.5 hrs
• Certificate Distribution - 0.5 hr

Kit Content

All the above components would be provided during the program to participants in groups of 5 but would be taken back at the end.

Participants registering in groups of 5 will get take-home kit for free. Take-home kit consists of all the above items excluding the items marked with *.
