Project Description

• This method can be a mix of assorted modules, and the main two modules of the app are the employee app and the server app. The important data related to employee tracking is stored on the admin Android device with the top management is used for the information purpose and thus the executive manager can get the alert through text messages. This application is meant for all the Employers who go out for fieldwork.
• The role of the admin is to feature new employees by entering his personal details, and admin will provide the worker with an identification number and password to the user to access the app on his android phone.
• Admin can view the GPS location of the worker by entering Employee Identification Number additionally as a He can check the salary of the employee by name and employee ID, latitude and the longitude of the GPS location sent by the employee also can be viewed by the admin.
• Admin can change the password of the worker.

Modules used in this project

• Login by Admin: The admin uses the app by login into the app with their login id and password.
• Add Employee: New employee is added by the admin by entering employee personal
• Locate Location: The GPS location of the particular employee is retrieved by entering the unique employee ID and date.
• Detailed Salary: Admin can view the salary of the worker by entering the employee id and date.
• Overall view: Admin will view latitude and the longitude of the GPS location of the worker.
• Update password: Admin can moderate the password of the worker, on his request.
• Employee Login: Employee will access the system with his user id number and password with his android phone. The User will capture his image and clicks on submit. The Image and the location details will be sent to admin.
• Trace Location Details: System will Trace the location of the worker and might be automatically sent to admin after every 10
• User Logout: On every logout session of the user, the image of the user and current location are sent to admin.

Project Implementation

This application is very useful for the admin to manage the time of every employee.

• The worker will have this application on his android phone when the user will log in to the system his image is captured and his GPS location is sent to the admin.
• Admin will view images and location details in their server-side After Login, the location of the worker is tracked automatically by the system and send to the admin after every 10 minutes.
• When an employee logs out the system, again the image is captured additionally as the location is sent to the admin.

Advantages:

• This method helps the admin to remain the track of the employees who choose fieldwork.
• Since the location of the worker is tracked, so employee won't attempt to add proxy attendance by its own.
• Easy management of employees with no difficult situation.

Disadvantages:

• Employees must have to keep an Android phone with them to use this application.
• Tracking module will stop working if the employee’s camera gets distorted.

Future Scope:

• Increases the overall performance of the employees by managing their work time.
• After successful implementation in the Android platform it can also be implemented on the other platforms like -window and iOS.
