This type of cutting machine helps the industry to achieve mass production in less time and manpower. This is not feasible in large-scale and accurate cutting. This system automates the hacksaw cutting with the double-sided technique where we operate 2 hacksaws using a single mechanism. We here use a motor with the shaft attached. The motor and shaft are attached using appropriate mounts to hold it in position. Then we use a hacksaw frame and build mounting panels for it using metal structure. We also use a bed and holder to hold the workpiece in place. Now we drive the motor using a supply circuit to operate it and move the shaft. We attach the shaft to saw frames in a way that saw moves in a direction perpendicular to the workpiece. Attaching 2 hacksaws in either direction enables us to operate hacksaw in both directions and operate both of them at the same time.

Project Implementation:
First you need to make one the structure for attaching the motors, vice and hacksaw cutter.After making of structure you need to mount the motors to the bottom side of the structure. Then attach the hacksaw frame perpendicular to the metal structure on the both the side.The hacksaw frame should be fixed such a way that should move linear motion to achieve the cutting the workpiece. Mount the vice below of the hacksaw frame for holding the workpiece.Then fix the circular wheel metal piece into the motor shaft and attach the two end of hacksaw frame to the metal piece to achieve the linear motion for cutting. Now power the motor, and check the hacksaw whether its moving properly or not.Once everything is done go for cutting.
