The Heart Attack Warning through Heart Rate Surveillance Program system helps to alert when a person is about to have a massive stroke. This device does that by monitoring the amount of heartbeat and alerts as soon as the rate of the heartbeat will not fall within a safety limit.

The above machine should, therefore, be used to save other people's lives, as this device informs the doctor regarding the current heartbeat rate of the patient. The model uses dual circuits for this reason. The first is the transmission circuit with the patient and another is the doctor or nurse controlled recipient circuit.
Project Implementation:
The system includes a heartbeat indicator to figure out and view the actual heartbeat rate on the LCD screen. The transmission system incorporates the Arduino Uno microcontroller configured to the LCD screen and this transmission circuit is driven by a 12V adapter. The receiving electrical system also features an Arduino Uno microcontroller and RF amplifier and has a 12V transformer as well. The receiver electrical system also contains LED light and a buzzer that informs the person controlling the patient's pulse level, which flips on the LED light and buzzer as long as the patient's heartbeat frequency does not slip within the normal heartbeat rate set. Following are the components required to build the gadget:
ESP8266 Wi-Fi module: It is a system-on-chip (SoC) that incorporates a 32-bit microcontroller, antenna switches, power amplifier, and filters. It is compatible of 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) with general-purpose input/output (16 GPIO pins). It also includes Inter-Integrated Circuit, analog-to-digital conversion (10-bit ADC), DMA (GPIO), UART (GPIO2), and pulse-width modulation (PWM). This tiny module enables microcontrollers to link to a Wi-Fi channel and create basic TCP/IP connections.
Arduino Uno: It is an open-source microcontroller board created by Arduino.cc and focused primarily on the ATmega328P microcontroller Computer chip. The board is configured with a collection of analog and digital input/output (I/O) pins that can be accessed with different boards for development and other circuits.
Heartbeat Sensor: It is an electronic device used in determining blood pressure, i.e. pulse rate.

Crystal Oscillator: It is a digital oscillator machine, which performs the electro-mechanical resonance of the piezoelectric oscillating component to generate an accurate frequency electrical signal.
LCD Display: It is a kind of flat panel screen in its primary operational phase using liquid crystals.
Adapter: It reduced supply voltage from 120V to 12V which is suitable for an antenna or other small electronic machines. The incoming electric rapid rise might practically destroy the device's internal parts, therefore an adapter is used to control voltage surge.
IoT Gecko: Build an IoT-based system to interpret sensor values, run motorized equipment, and control objects. It is a free platform for teachers, academics and engineers in the creation of IoT applications. Open a door to internet-controlled physical devices, with the support and resources for the simple construction of IoT-based gadgets.
Other small components to build the device are:
Install all parts of electronic devices, do the zero settings. Hence, this project accomplishes a fully automated Arduino Uno based heart attack diagnosis system.
