You’ll be building a mechanism inside a speed breaker so when a vehicle passes over it because of the weight of the vehicle the pressing mechanism will press the piezoelectric crystal placed inside the speed breaker. And because of the external force a electric signal will be generating and will be sent to the battery with the wire connections.
Battery will be storing the electrical signal sent by the crystal connected with the wire connection and a inverter will be connected with a battery that will convert the DC to AC current for the use.
Now, a transformer will be connected next to the inverter which increase the voltage in this case to lit the bulb during this project.
